Our return policy for custom made embroidery work ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind. We understand that ordering personalized items can be a unique experience, and we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your custom embroidery, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that since each custom item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
